THE LIGHT TRAIL is your way to discover the 2009 Lights of Lobethal festival!
Lobethal lights up on Sunday December 13th and the festival continues until the 31st of December.
From December 13th, following the official “Lights On” ceremony at 8.30pm, residents will turn on their lights and these wonderful light displays will remain lit each night, until New Years Eve. A map of the town shows the main driving routes and the designated parking.

LOBETHAL LIGHT TRAIL

From dusk until about 10:30 pm
For your convenience and to improve traffic flow, we suggest you follow the Light Trails to view the Lights of Lobethal.
The Light Trails are prominently highlighted with directional signage making your driving easier.
There are two trails depicted on the map - one in red and one in yellow;
To help ease traffic congestion it is recommended that some visitors start with Trail 2 (yellow) and follow with Trail 1 (red).
However, feel free to discover more lights down the many side streets of Lobethal. |
